Brigitte Bardot: Funeral Details Announced

The funeral of Brigitte Bardot, the iconic French actress, will be held on January 7th in Saint-Tropez. The actress and animal rights activist passed away at the age of 91 on Sunday, December 28th.

Bardot had initially expressed her wish to be buried in her garden, next to her beloved animals, with a simple wooden cross. In a 2018 interview with Le Monde, she stated that she would prefer this to the Saint-Tropez cemetery. However, according to local authorities, the burial will ultimately take place in the town's cemetery.
