Mel Gibson and Rosalind Ross have ended their relationship after nine years together and one child.

The former couple confirmed their separation in a joint statement to PEOPLE magazine, emphasizing that their son remains their priority. "While this is a sad chapter, we are blessed with a wonderful son and will continue to be the best parents we can be," they stated.

According to reports, Mel Gibson and Rosalind Ross had separated discreetly about a year ago. They met in 2014 and welcomed their son, Lars, in 2017.
