The first public mention came at a concert in Prague, when Perry responded to a marriage proposal by saying she was in a relationship. A source told "People" that Trudeau is "making a big effort" and Perry is "having a lot of fun with him." Another source said that Trudeau is "much happier now" after his divorce and resignation from the premiership.
