The incident took place outside #SushiPark, where Justin Bieber and his wife Hailey Bieber had dined. As they were leaving, paparazzi were photographing them.

According to #TMZ, Justin Bieber threw a water bottle in the direction of the paparazzi before getting into the vehicle. The bottle did not hit anyone.

Hailey Bieber did not react and entered the car, which then drove off immediately.
