Diddy: 'Woke Up With a Knife to His Throat' in Prison, Friend Claims

Rapper Diddy reportedly faced danger while in prison, according to statements from his friend, Charlucci Finney. Finney claims that Diddy woke up with a knife to his throat inside his cell.

In statements to the Daily Mail on October 22, Finney stated that Diddy was not injured and that the incident was likely a 'warning message.' Finney argued that if the perpetrator had wanted to harm Diddy, he would have done so.

Diddy remains in prison after his arrest in September 2024, facing charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, fraud, and transportation for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

His trial began in May, and in July he was found guilty on two counts related to transportation for participation in prostitution, while acquitted on two counts of human trafficking and one count of racketeering. In October, he was sentenced to 50 months in prison and fined $500,000.

His lawyers have filed an appeal against the conviction and sentence.
