Thessaly: 'Miracle of Life' - Born at 25 Weeks, 202 Days in ICU

A tiny Maria, born at 25 weeks gestation weighing just 650 grams, was discharged from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) of a private hospital in Thessaly after 202 days.

Her parents visited the hospital, thanking the staff for their care. Obstetrician-gynecologist Giorgos Papageorgiou stated that little Maria showed great strength and will to live.

'A little fighter, a great miracle. Thank you for your trust. You will always be in our hearts,' the medical team stated.
