Over 200,000 Hospital Appointments Booked Through New System

More than 200,000 appointments at hospitals within the National Health System (ΕΣΥ) were booked in the first five days of the new system's operation, according to an announcement by the Minister of Health, Adonis Georgiadis.
The new system, which was launched on October 1st, offers three ways to schedule appointments, replacing previous methods. Citizens can now book appointments through the finddoctors.gov.gr platform, the myhealthapp application, or via the new toll-free telephone line 1566.
On the first day of the system's implementation, 50,000 appointments were scheduled.
