Tim Allen Diagnosed with Skin Cancer

Actor Tim Allen revealed that he was diagnosed with skin cancer, which was initially missed by his doctor. He mentioned that a makeup artist on The Today Show was the one who spotted the issue.

The 72-year-old Allen explained that he had visited Jimmy Fallon and The Today Show when the makeup artist noticed something concerning. Despite his initial confidence in his dermatologist in Beverly Hills, Allen decided to mention the issue at his next appointment.

His doctor initially didn't seem concerned, but after a closer examination, he realized that Allen had melanoma or carcinoma. The actor was then referred to another doctor for removal.

Allen approached the situation with humor, saying that he asked the doctor not to remove too much of his nose, as it would affect his ability to do comedy.
