The message "GHS online portals are currently unavailable due to a technical problem" appeared on computers, leading to a paralysis of the system.

Doctors expressed their anger on social media, recalling the commitments of the Health Insurance Organisation and the software management company to definitively resolve the problems within three months (early June).
