A 12-minute mini cardio workout at home can provide a quick and effective way to burn fat. No equipment or much time is required.

High-intensity programs have been proven effective in burning fat, as they raise heart rate and activate metabolism. They do not require special skills or excellent physical condition.

12-Minute Program:

  1. Warm-up (1-2 minutes): Arm circles, light walking, stretching.
  2. High Knees (40″): Raise knees to chest height.
  3. Jumping Jacks (40″): Classic activation exercise.
  4. Squat to Knee Lift (40″): Squat with knee lift.
  5. Mountain Climbers (40″): Alternate knees to chest in plank position.
  6. Skaters (40″): Lateral jumps like skaters.
  7. Burpees or Modified Burpees (40″): Full or modified burpees.

Each exercise lasts 40 seconds, with 20 seconds of rest in between. One or two cycles can be done.

The program combines cardio and activation exercises of large muscle groups, increasing heart rate, boosting metabolism, and improving endurance.
