  • 1/2 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or coconut protein powder
  • 1/2 cup strained or plant-based yogurt (coconut)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • Juice from 1/2 lime
  • Optional: 1 tsp chia or flax seeds
