  3. Parsley: Has antiseptic properties and enhances kidney function.
  4. Pepper: Rich in vitamins C & β-carotene.
  5. Soy: Excellent source of protein.
  6. Mushrooms: Increase the activity of white blood cells.
  7. Seafood: High in zinc.
  8. Ginger: Enhances calorie burning.
  9. Olive oil: Rich in monounsaturated fats and vitamin E.
  10. Onion: Contains allicin and vitamin C.

The diet includes a weekly plan with a variety of foods to boost the immune system.
