- Soy: Excellent source of protein.
- Mushrooms: Increase the activity of white blood cells.
- Seafood: High in zinc.
- Ginger: Enhances calorie burning.
- Olive oil: Rich in monounsaturated fats and vitamin E.
- Onion: Contains allicin and vitamin C.
