OAKA Arena Renamed “Telekom Center Athens”

The indoor arena of the Olympic Athletic Center of Athens (OAKA) has been officially renamed “Telekom Center Athens”, following an agreement between Cosmote Telekom and Panathinaikos. The naming rights agreement will last for the next five years, until 2030.
According to the announcement, “Telekom Center Athens” will include the fully renovated indoor basketball court, training facilities, auxiliary buildings, and the surrounding area, including Parking P5. The aim is to create a multifaceted entertainment venue, hosting sporting events, concerts, festivals, conferences, and cultural events.
Panagiotis Gavriilidis, Chief Commercial Officer Consumer Segment of the OTE Group, stated that the investment reflects the company's commitment to sports, culture, and innovation. White Veil stated that the collaboration is part of the vision to upgrade the complex into a state-of-the-art hub for sports and entertainment.
