Thomas Walkup thanked Olympiacos and Panathinaikos fans for their support following Panathinaikos' request to revoke his Greek citizenship.

In a post in Greek, Walkup wrote: "Warm thanks to everyone who has shown so much love and support over the past two days! From Olympiacos fans to those of Panathinaikos, and Greeks in every corner of the world. Unity is something truly special. Moments like this remind me why I fell in love with this country from the first moment. That's why I love it. That's why Greece is my home."
