European Championship: Tzenko Takes First Place in Javelin with 62.23m

Elina Tzenko won first place in the javelin at the European Team Championships in Madrid, with a throw of 62.23m.

The 2022 European champion and Olympic finalist, with this performance, brought Greece closer to staying in the 1st division.

Kostas Gennikis finished 12th in the shot put with 18.81m, while Polyniki Emmanouilidou recorded 22.97 in the 200m.

Vasilis Myrianthopoulos finished 14th in the 200m with a time of 20.91.
