Tzengko Wins Gold at Greek National Championship

Elina Tzengko won the gold medal at the Greek National Athletics Championship in Volos with a throw of 62.06m.
The 23-year-old athlete, in a largely procedural competition, achieved the winning throw on her second attempt. Panagiota Ftiara finished second with 49.72m, while Eleonora Tsoga was third with 47.82m.
Tzengko, coached by Giorgos Botskariov, has already qualified for the World Championships in Tokyo, having achieved a throw of 64.90m this year.
Tzengko's throws in the competition were: 54.25m, 62.06m, 60.01m, 57.19m, foul, 61.25m.
