Men's National Water Polo Team: Semifinal against Spain for Gold

The Greek Men's National Water Polo Team faces Spain today, Tuesday (07/22), in the semifinal of the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore, vying for a spot in the final.
Thodoris Vlachos' team aims for the gold medal, the only one missing from their collection in a major tournament. If they win, Greece will have both men's and women's teams in the final simultaneously, a feat only achieved by three countries in the past: Italy (2003), Hungary (2005), and Spain (2019).
Spain is considered the favorite of the championship, having easily qualified over Montenegro with 14-5. The other semifinal features Serbia and Hungary.
The Greece – Spain semifinal is scheduled for 12:35 and will be broadcast on ERT1.
Semifinal Schedule:
Tuesday, July 22
