Aris: Mitrou-Long Announcement Expected This Week

Aris is expected to finalize the acquisition of Elijah Mitrou-Long this week. The Thessaloniki team, now under the management of Richard Xiao, is expected to be strengthened at all levels.

Following the hiring of coach Bogdan Karaicic and GM Nikos Zisis, 28-year-old guard Elijah Mitrou-Long is expected to be the next addition. As previously reported, the two sides have agreed and only formalities remain.

Mitrou-Long, brother of former Olympiacos player Naz Mitrou-Long, has previously played in Greece for PAOK, Apollon Patras, Aris, and Peristeri. Last season, he played for Varese in Italy and Hapoel Holon in Israel.
