42nd Authentic Marathon: Record-Breaking Run and Thousands of Runners

Athens moved to the rhythm of the 42nd Authentic Marathon, with thousands of runners participating in the 5-kilometer races. Melissa Anastasaki set a new course record, while Andreas Georgiou also triumphed.

Anastasaki broke the record with a time of 16.24, improving upon Anthi Koraini Kyriakopoulou's previous record. Ioulianna Roussou finished second with 16.29. Georgiou won the men's race with a time of 14.45.
