Georgiadis Responds to Complaint About Appointments via MyHealth App

The Minister of Health, Adonis Georgiadis, responded to a citizen's complaint regarding difficulties in finding an appointment with a gastroenterologist. The response was given on air during the show "Koinonia Ora Mega."

The complaint stated that the citizen had been trying to book an appointment for 4 months. Mr. Georgiadis intervened in the show and presented step-by-step the operation of the MyHealth App platform, via mobile phone, to demonstrate the ease of finding appointments.

The minister stressed that Greece now has one of the most effective systems for free appointments with specialized doctors, claiming that it is the easiest in the European Union.

He also showed that through the MyHealth App, there are available appointments even for the same day in public hospitals.
