Greeks are divided on the possibility of mobilization, according to a survey. Amid escalating tensions in the Middle East, many express concern and fear about the consequences of a potential war.

Some state they are willing to participate only in the event of a direct invasion of Greece, while others oppose participating in conflicts that do not directly concern the country. Others emphasize national duty, while some state that they would not fight for a homeland that ignores their needs.

Vladimir: "War is not a good thing" and sees developments with a sense of inevitability.

Manos: "If the homeland calls us, we must go. Our duty calls us."

Giorgos Kouklas: "In the current phase, I don't think I would go. However, in the event of an invasion of Greece, I would definitely go."

Panagiotis Katiforis: "In the event of an invasion of our country, I would fight at all costs, but as history has shown, the law of the strong applies."

One young citizen stated: "I have no reason to fight for a country that operates in the way it does towards its citizens."
