Zina Koutselini revealed that she underwent cosmetic surgery for breast reduction. According to her, the decision was due to the fact that her breasts were attracting too much attention.

Specifically, she stated: "Generally, I don't like interventions that change the lips and eyes. I removed breast tissue because it was quite large."

Zina Koutselini added: "I removed it because people would look there first and then at my eyes. It bothered me a little."
