Haris Varthakouris: "It's not my brother's year"

Haris Varthakouris commented on Good Job Nicky's attempt to represent Greece in Eurovision and the selection of Akyla as Greece's representative.

Speaking on the show "In Fani's Embrace," Haris Varthakouris revealed that Good Job Nicky had been aiming for Eurovision for years. They discussed writing a song together, but Haris ended up sending a ballad, from which Good Job Nicky was inspired to create a new song that was unsuccessful.

Referring to "Dark Side of the Moon," Haris Varthakouris called it excellent but not suitable for Eurovision.

Regarding Akyla, Haris Varthakouris stated that he initially hadn't noticed him, but after reactions on social media and after listening to his song, he thought it was a smart choice, recognizing the artist's madness and energy.
