Haris Alexiou, in a public discussion with psychologist Euharis Panagopoulou, at #RadioCity, spoke about love as a fundamental force, but not a permanent state.

The well-known singer likened love to an intense chemical process that upsets the mind and body, generates desire and conflict, pushes for union with the other, but cannot last continuously. As she characteristically said: "If you lived continuously with love, you would be a crazy person."

Alexiou emphasized that art is not born in absolute emotional collapse, but requires inner balance. "We cannot create on the grief of love. We can only create when we are in balance with ourselves," she characteristically stated.

In closing, Haris Alexiou made a small assessment: "I have no complaints about life."
