Vana Barba: "I had to hit rock bottom to re-emerge"

Vana Barba spoke about the health adventures she faced, including cancer and a stroke, in an interview on "To Proino." The actress explained that she had to hit "rock bottom" to be able to re-emerge.

"I'm much better. I am in a new cycle of life. I had to hit rock bottom. If you don't touch it, you can't go up, you can't emerge. It is the law of nature," Vana Barba stated.

Referring to her daughter, Vana Barba said: "My daughter is studying art history, she is 23. We don't live together anymore. I haven't weaned myself off her... I can't not see her. I can stand it for 2-3 days, but then I can't."

Finally, regarding jealousy in the workplace, the actress noted: "We will all be jealous if someone achieves something more than us. Jealousy is something human. Envy is the worst."
