Tasos Kostis: Sharp criticism of the #metoo movement

Actor Tasos Kostis, in an interview with #Λοιπόν magazine and journalist Andreas Theodorou, commented on the #metoo movement in the theater.

The comedic actor expressed the view that the theater was unilaterally targeted, while other sectors did not undergo similar scrutiny. "Did #metoo cleanse society? These things don't happen anymore? Only to us actors? We fools went and gouged our own eyes out…," he characteristically stated.

Regarding the phrase "the theater has always been a big bed," Tasos Kostis stressed the need to be careful about what we say and to explain what we mean, as people have an opinion about everyone.
