Sotiris Hatzakis: 'I was against marriage, but I found joy'

Actor and director Sotiris Hatzakis spoke about his marriage to Polyxeni Milona at the premiere of the play #Flandro at the #Alambra Theater.

The couple has been together since 2009, but Sotiris Hatzakis had been pursuing Polyxeni since 2004. Their wedding took place on October 2, 2025, at the Athens City Hall, in the presence of Kostas Voyatzis and Nikos Katatzis.

Sotiris Hatzakis stated: 'I was against marriage. Polyxeni and I loved each other very much, and at some point, I said, 'But this one loves me very much.' I gave her the joy of marrying her, and I also found joy'.
