Sofia Patheka: "I wouldn't go on a survival reality show"

Sofia Patheka has clarified that she would not participate in a competitive survival reality show, explaining the reasons for this decision. In an interview on the show "Summer Rendezvous," the well-known fitness instructor referred to her career in the field of exercise, emphasizing that exercise is an integral part of her life.

"Since I can remember myself, I have been involved in gymnastics. I have tried all sports, went to the Gymnastics Academy, graduated, did my master's and not a single day has passed in my life without exercising or training," she said characteristically.

Sofia Patheka also referred to the possibility of space for gymnastics on television, as long as it inspires the public. She also recalled the accident on her leg that forced her to temporarily stop exercising. Finally, she commented on the phenomenon of personal trainers on social media, emphasizing the importance of consistency.

"But I wouldn't go on a competitive survival reality show. I can't not have my bathroom, my hygiene, I can't have us all together, I can't stand the bugs," she explained.
