Sofia Moutidou: "After my husband's death, I searched Google for… grief & child"

Sofia Moutidou, as a guest on Dafni Karavokyri's podcast, spoke about difficult moments in her life, such as the loss of her mother and the death of her husband.
The actress also referred to experiences of abuse in the family and in the artistic field, as well as her relationship with religion and mental health.
Regarding the death of her mother, Moutidou expressed the feeling of guilt she felt and her turn to religion. She mentioned that she was not diagnosed with depression, but needed medication for panic attacks.
Speaking about abuse, she described emotional abuse in her childhood and incidents of violence in the workplace. Her reference to the death of her husband and her search for support regarding grief and her child was shocking.
"Two hours after his death, I searched Google for 'grief and child,'" she said, explaining that she turned to the "Merimna" support center.
