Porto Leone Series Premieres Tonight on Alpha with Double Episode

The period drama series Porto Leone premieres tonight at 21:00 on Alpha with a double episode. The series is set in Troumpa during the period of 1964-1965 and focuses on two families, the Voulgaris and the Kapetanakos, who are involved in an underground war.

The Voulgaris (Klelia Renesi, Antonis Karistinos) and Kapetanakos (Marina Aslanoglou, Alekos Syssovitis) families are in conflict, with infidelities, betrayals, and tragic events disrupting their relationships. At the center is also the police officer Spyros Giamaris, who works for the Kapetanakos but betrays them for personal reasons.

In the first episode, the Voulgaris and Kapetanakos families prepare for Holy Week of 1964. Their sons, Grigoris Voulgaris and Stratos Kapetanakos, become enemies when Grigoris learns that Stratos has impregnated his sister, Lena. In the second episode, Alexandra follows her son to the hospital, while Galini tries to protect Lena from bonding with the baby.
