The Minister of Health, Adonis Georgiadis, expressed his enthusiasm for Yannis Smaragdis' film 'Kapodistrias' after a private screening. In a post, Mr. Georgiadis described the film as 'patriotic, historical, sensitive' and urged the public to watch it.

Georgiadis mentioned that he had resolved his misunderstandings with director Yannis Smaragdis, while also expressing his admiration for the cinematic work.

Mr. Georgiadis' post on X stated: 'A little while ago, @ManolidouE, our son Perseus, and some friends watched Yannis Smaragdis' film 'Kapodistrias'. Without any exaggeration, the film was fantastic. With a pure patriotic perspective, excellent visuals, a fast-paced plot full of patriotism, that's why some are upset. If you haven't seen it yet, you definitely should! Many congratulations to Yannis Smaragdis, it will be good for the soul of Greeks.'
