Nena Chronopoulou: "I reached 99 kilos and was deformed"

Actress Nena Chronopoulou revealed that she had reached 99 kilos and felt deformed. In an interview on the show "Super Katerina," Nena Chronopoulou confessed that she decided to consult a doctor when she realized the change in her appearance.

The actress referred to a previous appearance on the show, a year ago, where she weighed 99.8 kilos. As she said, she was then diagnosed with diabetes, something she had not realized earlier. The doctors she had initially visited attributed the weight gain to her diet, but she felt there was more to it.

Nena Chronopoulou stressed that after the diagnosis, she completely excluded sugar from her diet and followed a balanced diet and exercise program.
