Brigitte Bardot: Her Estate and Will

New details regarding the funeral and will of Brigitte Bardot are coming to light.

According to journalist Wendy Bouchard, Brigitte Bardot, who passed away at the age of 91, will be buried in her garden near the sea, next to her animals, according to her wishes.

Brigitte Bardot's estate is estimated at $65 million. A large part of her estate is intended to go to the Fondation Brigitte Bardot, the animal protection organization she founded in 1986.

However, according to the law, 50% of the estate must be shared with her son, Nicolas Charrier, with whom she had strained relations. Biographer Yves Bigot stated that a large part of the estate had already been allocated to her Foundation.

According to French law, Nicolas-Jacques Charrier is entitled to 50% of the estate. It remains to be seen whether he will take legal action against the foundation or her last husband, Bernard d'Ormale.
