Mimi Denisi expressed her deep sorrow for the sudden death of Lena Samara, daughter of Antonis Samaras and Georgia Kritikou. Lena Samara passed away at the age of 34, following an epileptic seizure and cardiac arrest.

The actress and theater director, Mimi Denisi, posted on her personal Instagram account a joint photo with the deceased and the former Prime Minister, Antonis Samaras, accompanying it with a touching message of support.

"So young, so creative with kindness and ethos. How unfair. Antoni, Georgia I feel your pain. May God give you strength to endure. We pray for you and the pure soul of Lena who will always be by your side," wrote Mimi Denisi.
