Marios Athanasiou: To Star in 'The Land of Olive Trees' Next Season

Marios Athanasiou will star in the Mega TV series, 'The Land of Olive Trees', as he revealed in an interview on Open TV's 'Summer Rendezvous'.

The actor stated: 'Next season I will be in 'The Land of Olive Trees'. A surprise collaboration, I didn't even imagine it. I wanted to work with the team, I had it in my mind at some point. I can't say anything about the plot. Nothing is what it seems. The episodes I have read so far and the filming I have done so far, what you see... nothing is what it is'.

Referring to other projects, Marios Athanasiou added: 'I have been considered for various projects, but no. I haven't spoken yet for this year, I'm telling you honestly. I have spoken for other seasons. It was close, it was something I wanted too, it just usually has to be something that is close to me. It was close to me.
