Maria Solomou: The Ideal Age for Motherhood is After 40

Actress Maria Solomou expressed her opinion that the ideal age for a woman to become a mother is after 40, explaining that at this age she is more mature and knows herself better.

In a discussion with actress Panagiota Vlanti on her show "Maria ti Nyxta", Maria Solomou stated that a woman, as she grows older and gains experiences, is able to know if she really wants a child.

"I believe that the most correct age to have a child is when a woman is mature, 40 and over. Not to mention 45. I think I would be a completely different mother at the age I am now," she stated.

Referring to her pregnancy with her son Alexandros, Maria Solomou said that she felt that she was late in becoming a mother, even though she was 30 years old.
