On the show "Ένας κι Ένας" on ErtNews, Maria Kitsou referred to mental health issues and the advice she has offered to younger people, emphasizing that she contributed to improving their psychological state.

The actress emphasized that through her open attitude, she has received messages from people seeking support. She characterized depression and anxiety disorder as "cancer of the soul".

"Through what I have confessed and the messages I receive, I have contributed to improving the psychological state through my advice to many children, especially younger ages, but also older ones," Maria Kitsou stated.
