Konstantinos Markoulakis: Emotion for his son and battle with depression

Actor Konstantinos Markoulakis spoke on the show "To Proino" about the new series "The Judge", his son, and his battle with depression.

Markoulakis, in an interview with Giorgos Liagkas, referred to his role in the series "The Judge", comparing it to an ancient drama. The series poses a moral dilemma regarding how far a parent would go to save their child.

The actor was moved when talking about his 20-year-old son, Giorgos-Ikaros, who is studying medicine in Milan, the product of his marriage to Ersi Xenaki.

He also referred to the battle he fought with depression in the past. He emphasized the importance of support from the people around him and the need to turn to specialists.

"We are like boxers and life comes and punches you. If you take 5 cross punches one after the other, you will 'bend' and fall. This comes back... If you have your own people and the knowledge to turn to specialists, you come back," he said characteristically.

Markoulakis emphasized that the quality of the people around him made the difference in difficult times.
