Singer Klavdia was honored by the Evxeinos Leschi of Athens and its president, Dimitris Melissanidis, for her contribution to highlighting the genocide of Pontian Greeks through the song 'Asteromata' at Eurovision. The event took place on June 25th.

Dimitris Melissanidis presented Klavdia with a gold-plated Pontian lyra, recognizing her contribution and proud Pontian heritage. In his speech, he referred to the history of the Greeks of Pontus and the significance of 'Asteromata'.

Klavdia thanked Mr. Melissanidis for the honor, while Arcade, who collaborated in creating the song, expressed their joy for the success and impact of the song on Hellenism.
