Eleni Kokkidou: "I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder"

Eleni Kokkidou spoke on the show Buongiorno about the period when she decided to stop her professional activity due to health problems.

The actress explained that she was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, saying characteristically: "I was very tired from work, I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. I understood that something was wrong and that if I didn't stop now, I would end up in the hospital."

She referred to the tension she experienced during the filming of the series "Call me mom", while admitting that the mental pressure was obvious. In her effort to regain her rhythm, she got a puppy and emphasized rest and sleep.

"Sleep is a tremendous medicine for humans. I lost weight, you don't metabolize if you don't sleep," Eleni Kokkidou emphasized.
