Dimitris Ougarezos on Giannis Malamas: "I don't care that he is Malamas' son"

Giannis Malamas, son of Sokrates Malamas, was arrested in Athens in the early hours of Sunday, September 14th by police officers of the DI.AS team.

According to reports, Giannis Malamas and a friend allegedly hit the door of a taxi, prompting the driver to call the police. Malamas allegedly resisted arrest and injured a police officer.

On the show Buongiorno, Dimitris Ougarezos commented on the incident, saying: "I don't care that he is Malamas' son." The discussion arose after a disagreement with Katerina Zarifi regarding the publication of names in such incidents.

Ougarezos stressed that if the charges against Giannis Malamas are proven, he should face the consequences regardless of his family.
