Chryssochoidis: No Occupations at AUTh After Decades

Minister of Citizen Protection, Michalis Chryssochoidis, stated that for the first time in decades, there are no occupations in any hall of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh).
Speaking to SKAI, Mr. Chryssochoidis described this development as an "achievement of the students, knowledge, and ultimately the university itself."
The minister also referred to the increase in traffic accidents, the progress of the investigation into the Tempi train tragedy, and the investigation into the OPEKEPE case.
Regarding traffic accidents, he acknowledged an increase, stressing that policing alone is not enough, and expressed the belief that by the end of the year, all motorcycle users will wear helmets.
Regarding the Tempi case, he said that he does not think the report was delayed and called for respect for the investigator.
Finally, regarding OPEKEPE, he stated that an investigation has been ordered into a criminal organization and fraud, as private individuals caused significant financial damage.
