PASOK accuses the government of granting immunity to members of the BoDs of ETHEAE and EOPPEP regarding the licensing of private universities. Stefanos Parastatidis, head of K.T.E. Education of PASOK, stated that with an amendment to a bill, the government is establishing immunity for the members of the BoDs of the organizations that control the files of N.P.P.E.

Mr. Parastatidis claims that the strict licensing framework is turning into "licenses from the basket," as the start date of the N.P.P.E. is approaching and the government is showing haste. He also referred to a question he submitted on July 16 to the Minister of Education, Sofia Zacharaki, regarding the licensing process of N.P.P.E., requesting information on the natural and legal persons who submitted applications.
