PASOK: Voting for Election of Delegates Until 20:00

Voting for the election of delegates in PASOK is extended until 20:00. Participation is expected to exceed 150,000, according to estimates.
Charilaou Trikoupi predicts that over 150,000 members will vote to elect their representatives to the Congress. If the prediction is confirmed, approximately 50% of those who participated in the 2024 leadership election process will have voted.
According to reports, many new members are also voting, indicating activity within PASOK. The presidential side aims to secure 60% of the delegates. The expulsion of Odysseas Konstantinoupolos activated the alliance of Haris Doukas and Pavlos Geroulanos.
Experienced executives estimate that participation will be massive, as efforts are being made to rally support ahead of the Congress and elections. The major contest for the election of delegates is expected in Attica, Thessaloniki, and major urban centers.
There are approximately 6,000 candidates, and 4,000 will be elected, in addition to appointed members. Several members avoided running due to the financial cost of attending the Congress in Athens from March 27 to 29.
