Marinakis: Anestidis Excluded from Mitsotakis Meeting Due to Insults

Government spokesperson Pavlos Marinakis clarified that Kostas Anestidis will not participate in the Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis' meeting with farmers. The decision was made due to a video of Mr. Anestidis insulting the Prime Minister.

Mr. Marinakis stated that "the video exceeds the limits of vulgarity" and confirms the already existing position that Mr. Anestidis should not participate in the meeting. He also announced that Mr. Anestidis has been removed from the New Democracy party's membership lists.

The government spokesperson emphasized that Kyriakos Mitsotakis has fought against minorities who try to exert pressure through trade union organizations. He also mentioned that the list of farmers who will participate in the meeting is expected, with the basic condition that the roads are open and that people with delinquent behavior do not participate.
