Marinakis: No Government Reshuffle Issue

Government Spokesperson Pavlos Marinakis has firmly denied rumors of a government reshuffle. The statements were made after questions regarding Adonis Georgiadis's remarks about Nikos Dendias, concerning the amendment for the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
Mr. Marinakis emphasized that the ND parliamentary group voted in favor of the amendment, demonstrating its unity. Regarding Mr. Dendias's lack of a statement, he mentioned that Mr. Floridis supported the amendment and that all involved ministers signed it.
The government spokesperson criticized the opposition, particularly PASOK, accusing it of populism and aligning with political forces that had targeted the party in the past.
Mr. Marinakis then referred to the Prime Minister's participation in the Summit of the European People's Party and the work of the European Council, where issues such as Ukraine, defense, competitiveness, the green transition, the Middle East, and immigration were discussed.
