Weather: Storms and Mud Rains Are Coming – When Will Attica Be Affected?

The weather will change from Sunday evening with rains in most parts of the country. According to Christina Rigou, the highest rainfall will occur in the Ionian Islands, Aetolia-Acarnania, Epirus, Macedonia, Thrace and the entire Eastern Aegean, until Tuesday afternoon.

Attica is expected to be affected on Monday with rain and storms which, for the time being, do not appear to be particularly strong.

Meteorologist Giorgos Tsatrafyllias predicts mud rains and a rise in temperature in the coming days. Southerly winds will reach 8-9 Beaufort on Sunday in the Ionian Sea and on Monday-Tuesday in the Aegean, while snowfall will occur at the beginning of the week in the northern mountains.

According to the EMY, on Saturday there will be few clouds temporarily increasing in Attica. The winds will blow from the south at 3 to 4 Beaufort. The temperature will be from 07 to 16 degrees Celsius.
