According to Mr. Lymberopoulos, the date of the conference for the case has not been set, and the rapporteur has not disclosed his recommendation to the judicial officers. The Supreme Court's announcement emphasizes that the process includes discussion, setting a conference date, presentation of the recommendation, and voting.

It is noted that the recommendation and the conference are confidential, and the new Penal Code provides for sanctions to protect confidentiality. The Supreme Court calls on those involved with Justice to respect its principles and not cause disturbance with issues they do not know.
