YPEN: North Evia Pass 2025 Lottery Completed

The Ministry of Environment and Energy (YPEN) has announced the completion of the lottery for the North Evia Pass 2025. This initiative provides beneficiaries with virtual digital debit cards worth €150 for use in North Evia.

According to the announcement, a total of 81,651 applications were submitted. Of these, 5,566 were selected as beneficiaries and will receive the digital card.

Specifically, 2,783 beneficiaries were selected for the Municipality of Istiaia-Aidipsos, and another 2,783 for the Municipality of Mantoudi-Limni-Agia Anna. The cards are valid for two phases: November 2025 and September – November 2026.

The lottery results are available since October 31st, and beneficiaries can check the status of their application through their personal account. Cards for Phase 1 were issued on November 6th, 2025, with notifications sent via email and SMS. Cards for Phase 2 will be issued before the start of the corresponding period.
