Hardalias: €6 Million Investment for Sports Center Upgrade in East Attica

The Regional Governor of Attica, Nikos Hardalias, announced a €6 million investment for the complete upgrade of a significant sports center in East Attica. The relevant program agreement was signed with the Mayor of Lavreotiki, Dimitris Loukas.

The project, with a budget of €5.98 million, is part of a broader plan by the regional authority to implement more than 280 major projects. It will include the complete restoration of the existing gymnasium, energy upgrade, renovation of indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as the redesign of the surrounding area and the playground.

Mr. Hardalias emphasized that the reconstruction of the gymnasium in Lavrio is a substantial investment for the youth and sports clubs of East Attica. The Mayor of Lavreotiki, Dimitris Loukas, thanked the Regional Governor for the support of the Municipality.

The signing of the agreement was also attended by the Special Secretary of the Region of Attica, Elena Rapti, and other officials.
